Update
We resolved the network issues and are continuing the rollout. Users should see normal behavior across UserVoice portals, admin areas and APIs. There might be a slight delay to incoming and outgoing emails as our worker queues catch up.

We're working to resolve some network issues related to this migration. Users may experience 502 or 522 errors across UserVoice sites and API endpoints.

UserVoice will be functioning in a reduced capacity during this maintenance window. We do not anticipate downtime, however owing to the nature of the work being performed, it may be necessary to take parts of the system offline for short periods of time.


Detail:

UserVoice is shifting its application infrastructure to a new provider. We have orchestrated the move in such a way that we do not anticipate the need for downtime. There will be no public DNS changes, so integrations via the widget and API usage that uses our domain names should not be affected. All changes will take place behind our CDN and Load Balancing solution at CloudFlare.
